Aims
The course aims to provide an overview of the fundamentals of management, which implies coverage of the basic functions of management – planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Objectives

Understand the major concepts of management,
Demonstrate an understanding on the application of management concepts anizations,
Identify central issues and problems in real management world,
Achieve at least a pass mark!
The module also seeks to develop diagnostic, analytical, decision-making and team-building skills by experiential exercises.
