第一条:项目总投资额及乙方投资计划
项目总投资45000万元人民币,折合9000万新币,甲方需要乙方投资总额为45000万元人民币,折合9000万新币。乙方资金来源,自有和合作伙伴。首批资金为28000万元人民币,折合56000万新币。后续资金按照甲方资金入帐申请函划拔,双方合作资金均以人民币作为结算币种。
