摘要
近年来,我国工业的高速发展对模具工业,尤其是冷冲模具提出了越来越高的要求。冲压成型是金属成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于材质较软的金属成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的制件。
我本次设计的工件采用的材料为铝L3及厚度为2mm。保证了足够的强度和刚度,该零件结构简单,工序简单,故设计成复合模进行冲裁。合理排样、减小废料。
首先对零件进行了工艺性分析,然后选复合模作为该副模具的工艺生产方案,经过计算分析完成该模具的主要设计计算,凸凹模及凸模、凹模工作部分的设计计算,还有主要零部件的结构设计。完成一系列的计算后,画出总装图、凸凹模配合图等设计模具必备的图纸。完成模具设计的大部分程序。
进行冲压设计就是根据已有的生产条件,综合考虑影响生产过程顺利进行的各方面因素,合理安排零件的生产工序,最优地选用,确定各工艺参数的大小和变化范围,设计模具,选用设备等,以使零件的整个生产过程达到优质,高产,低耗,安全的目的。

Abstract

After pletion of a series of calculations, draw the total picture, with the punch and die design of die necessary plans and other drawings. Completed most of the mold design process.
Stamping design is based on the existing production conditions, considering the impact of the production process to work, the various factors, reasonable arrangements for part of the production process, the best to use, determine the process parameters and changes in the size range of mold design, selection of equipment so as to make part of the entire production process to achieve high quality, high yield, low cost, security.
