Abstract
After integrating the existing resources to realize the value of theequivalent flow, financial is the core of modern economic activities, foreconomic and social development of the whole financial has auxiliarysupport, technological innovation is the source of the sustainabledevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises, and financialsupport is the important factor affecting the development of technologyinnovation. To have a thorough understanding of the financial support tosmall and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation development,the article from the financial support legislation, financial support system,financing institution, financing model and risk investment and otheraspects discusses the related problems of development and trends., on thebasis of achievements in developed areas, to build the poverty-strickenareas to support small and medium-sized enterprise
