摘要
从二十一世纪以来, 我国肉牛养殖生产取得快速发展。目前已成为美国、巴西之后的世界第三大牛肉生产国。随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,饮食结构的改善,牛肉的消费数量呈现持续增长,与国际市场相比,我国肉牛生产在饲料资源、劳动力成本、产品价格等方面具有很大优势,但我们应该清醒地认识到,与美国、日本、澳大利亚及欧洲等肉产业发达的国家相比,刚刚起步的我国肉牛产业还很落后,存在着很大的差距。本文主要介绍肉牛品种选择,牛场场址选择,育肥技术及饲养管理,并对我国肉牛市场的发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract
Since twenty-first Century, our country beef cattle breeding production obtains rapid development. Has now e the United States of America, Brazil after third world beef production in china. Along with the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the improvement of dietary structure, the consumption of beef is showing the number of sustained growth, compared with the international market, our country beef cattle production in the feed resources, labor cost, product price has a great advantage, but we should realise soberly, with the United States, Japan, Australia and Europe meat industry in the developed countries, the fledgling Chinese beef cattle industry is still very backward, there exists a large gap.
