企业库存管理存在的问题及其对策

物流作为经济社会中物资的实体流动,与人类生存和社会发展息息相关。永不停息的物流活动是经济社会的动脉系统,是经济社会发展的前提和物质技术基础。而对于整个企业物流系统的每一个换机而言,无论是原材料的采购,在制品的生产加工,还是产品的包装、装卸、运输、配送等,都离不开库存。简而言之,库存已经渗透到整个物流系统的每个环节。在当今这个信息的高速发展时代企业面临这样一个矛盾。一方面,任何一个企业的目标是追求尽可能大的利润,希望尽可能快的资金流动,都不希望有任何形式的库存。另一方面又要保证生产的连续性与持续性,确保生产供应稳定尽可能不受外界的波动影响,企业界希望自己拥有充足的原料物料,设备机器,零件备品的储备来抵抗外界的变化,甚至奇货可居。如何权衡这两者,如何达到两者最佳的配合,如何降低库存成本,如何合理科学的这将直接关系到企业生产能否顺利进行,从长远来看关系到企业的生存与发展。努力减少库存并降低库存成本,甚至是追求零库存是库存管理乃至物流管理的中心与终极目标
