体位性低血压的两种分型

【摘要】体位性低血压是老年人中常见的体征,也是心脑血管疾病、跌倒的独立危险因素,并增加全因死亡率。目前在研究体位性低血压时,越来越多采用连续无创血压测量设备,且常结合直立倾斜试验,并根据血流动力学参数进行分型。本综述将重点介绍公认的两种分型,即形态学分型及生理学分型。

【Abstract】 As mon physical sign in the elderly, orthostatic hypotension is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular diseases and falls, and also increases all-cause mortality. Nowadays, continuous noninvasive blood pressure measurement systems are increasingly used in the study of orthostatic hypotension, and bined with head-up tilting. Furthermore, orthostatic hypotension is classified by hemodynamic parameters. This review focused on two acknowledged classification systems, morphological classification and physiological classification.

体位性低血压作为一种在老年人中常见的体征,得到国内外学者的持续关注,针对中老年群体进行的体位性低血压相关的诊断措施、临床表现、发病机制、治疗方法及流行病学研究不断更新。目前国外学者在研究体位性低血压时,越来越多采用连续无创血压监测设备,且常结合直立倾斜试验,在研究过程中对血压值等血流动力学参数的变化做进一步研究并分型,本文重点就体位性低血压分型的相关研究综述如下。
