文档介绍:摘要:21 世纪的教育是一个以人为本,呼唤开拓创新精神,重视个性充分发展的教育新时代。高校学生参与社团管理实现自我管理,不仅以提高自身综合素质奉献火热青春,同时也积极探索学生工作新思路。面对新形势,当代大学生呈现以自己为中心、独立能力较差且多为独生子女现状,传统的管理经验和模式已不能满足高校学生管理工作的要求。本文通过分析《管理学原理》揭示的管理客观规律,寻找切合实际的管理模式,更具体地采取相应的有效的管理方式和管理方法,树立“以人为本,创新为魂、服务为基”的活动管理理念,运用目标管理、管理方格理论、激励等管理学原理,建立关爱机制、发现机制、目标激励机制,推进学生工作管理的可持续发展。

Abstract: The education in the 21st century is that one is human-oriented, call pioneering and innovation spirit , pay attention to the sufficient new era of education for development of individual character . University student participate in corporation manage , realize oneself manage , not merely in order to improve one's own overall qualities devote the passionate youth, explore the thinking that students work newly actively at the same time .
