摘要
本文以迁安市弘业搬运装卸有限公司为研究对象,从该公司的融资现状入手,通过了解和调研该企业的融资现状,分别从资金短缺制约企业发展的占比情况、企业的主要融资渠道、企业贷款资金的主要用途、企业申请贷款未获批准的原因、企业对资本市场的了解情况等方面对该公司的融资现状进行分析,并有针对性的提出一些相关建议。
本文在写作过程中参考了部分近年来国内外相关文献,运用文献法、问卷法以及其他途径收集企业相关信息,坚持将理论与实践相结合,定性分析和定量分析相结合,对迁安市弘业搬运装卸有限公司融资的实际情况进行研究,得出相应的结论。此外,通过对迁安市弘业装卸搬运有限公司融资存在的问题进行研究,为我国当代中小企业融资问题起到参考作用。

Analysis of the financing obstacle faced in the development of Qian'an Hongye Industry and Countermeasures
Abstract
This paper takes Qian'an Hongye pany as the research object,starting from the financing situation of pany, through understanding the financing situation and researching of the enterprise, the proportion of lacking funds restricted the development of the enterprise , major financing channels for enterprises, The use of enterprise loan funds ,The reason of enterprises to apply for loans were not approved , , the enterprise to understand the situation of the capital market and analysis other aspects of pany’s financial situation, and put forward some relevant suggestions.
In this paper,I reference to some of the recent domestic and foreign papers in the writing process, by using the method of documentary, questionnaire and other means to collect information enterprise, adhere to bination of theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to study the actual situation of Qian'an Hongye limited financing and draw the corresponding conclusion. In addition, through the study of Qian'an Hongye pany financing problem, it is good for the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises in modern China via discussing the financing problems.
