摘要
考试心理问题已经成为中学生最突出的心理问题之一,解决这一问题既是保证中学生健康成长和提高考试绩效的客观需要,也是学校心理健康教育的重要任务。中学生考试心理障碍已经受到当今社会的广泛关注。本文通过对考试心理障碍以及成因的分析,探讨了教育考试心理障碍的不同类型,从中学生的考试怯场、精神疲劳和焦虑、信心等几方面提出若干具体的措施。

Abstract
Psychological examination for Middle School has been widespread concern in today's society. Unhealthy psychological examination would affect the development of the mental health of students, the examination will be restricted psychological quality education in the school's depth. Through the examination of psychological disorders and analysis of the causes of the Educational Testing different types of mental disorders, from students to test motivation and expectations, emotions, and anxiety, and other aspects of attention and will put forward a number of specific interventions.
