高铁转乘台铁意愿之关键因素探讨

摘要為因应绿色运输及政府近几年来提倡大众运输工具,政府及相關當局期望增加搭乘
率,但目前民众使用大众运输工具的情况却不如预期,如何提升乘客的转乘意愿成为相当
重要的课题,高铁也需要提升本身的竞争力,所以为了达到无缝运输,台铁与高铁间的整
合也是相对的重要,本研究预计采用文献搜集、问卷调查及实际访查方式进行深入了解,
内容包括高铁与台铁的转乘行为及转乘意愿,来探讨其整合的关键因素。主要是针对有等
候经验的旅客进行问卷调查,经由因素分析来探讨主要的关键因素,结果发现「营运组织」
构面中台铁的营运时间、安全性印象、车班的高准确性及一致性、班次数量,为显著的影
响因素。最后本研究针对台铁与高铁的整合策略进行深入探讨。

The factors of affecting passengers’ willingness
to transfer from HSR to TRA

Abstract: Due to the promotion of green transportation and public transportation ,
hope to enhance the rate of using. The condition of using public transportation is
underexpected. How to enhance the passengers’ wills is an important issue. To
synchronize between TRA and HSR, HSR needs to enhance petitiveness. Our
study will use the literary review, questionnaire and field survey to understand it
thoroughly, including transferring behavior and transferring wills. We focus on the
passengers who have experienced waiting. With the factor analysis, we confer the key
factors. Our study find the significant factors in the anization are
operation time, safety, accuracy, consistence, and quantity. Ultimately, our study aim
