基于工作流的企业流程仿真分析系统的研究与实现
摘要
当今社会,市场环境变幻莫测,技术更新突飞猛进,各企业需要不断完善优化自身的业务运营模式以便在竞争激烈的市场环境中赢得主动。“企业流程’’成为各企业关注的热点,通过流程再造可以减少企业的成本消耗,树立企业的竞争优势,增强企业的核心竞争力, 使企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。工作流仿真技术的应用,有助于各企业改进自身的业务流程,提高企业的工作效率。
本文首先对工作流和Petri网的相关理论进行了概述,重点介绍了工作流管理联盟所提出的工作流参考模型和体系结构,以及高级 Petri网和工作流网的相关性质。然后深入研究了工作流仿真的相关知识,从流程建模、流程仿真、流程分析三个阶段出发,提出一套工作流仿真的方法,并详细说明了该方法在各个阶段所涉及的内容。最后, 以该方法为指导,设计与实现了一个基于工作流的企业流程仿真分析系统,验证了方法的可行性。
