本文主要在国内学者对企业培训体系研究的基础上,采用理论研究方法对培训、培训体系、有效培训体系的特征以及企业培训体系的建立和管理进行了系统研究。并运用案例研究方法,论述了GD公司培训工作的实践以及该公司如何建立有效的培训体系的方案,增强了本文的应用性,以使本文能够对其他公司培训体系的建立有一定借鉴作用。

In the era of knowledge economy,human resources e a key critedon of corporation petitive strategic meaning of human resources development and management also takes on an up·moving trend in the development and management of knowledge workers who are the core resources of corporation es the focus of human
resources development and knowledge workers go for enhancing the life employment abilities than other people based on their own ,which is one of the effective tools of human resources
development and management,plays a more and more important role in enhancing the quality of corporation human resources,meeting the development needs of knowledge workers,improving anization abilities, promoting the anization,and accelerating corporation strategy ,setting up an effective training system that is the st阳tegy—oriented and employees’career binative es an urgent problem that many corporations want to deal the main trouble of which is the inadequafe academic understanding on the foundation and management of training ,the domestic scholars have not reach an agreement on the definition of training system yet.
Based on the research of training system in domestic,the author applies systems analysis on training,and definition,features,foundation,management of effective training author also developed a c
