Efficacy of sodium ozagrel in the treatment of Cor
Pulmonale in exacerbation period

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of sodium ozagrel in the treatment of Cor
Pulmonale in exacerbation period.
Methods: 72 cases patients with Cor Pulmonale in exacerbation periodwere at
random divided into sodium ozagrel group (36cases) and control group (36cases). All the
patients in two group were given the same routine treatment of anti-infection, expectorant,
relieving spasm, antiasthma, balancing hydro-electrolytic disorder,low flow oxygen
inhalation . In sodium ozagrel group , besides routine treatment , 80 ㎎ sodium ozagrel
solved in 250ml % sodium chloride solution was given by intravenous drop once
daily .The course lasted 10 days . The level of plasma thromboxaneB2 (TXB2 ),
6-keto-PGF1α, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),
fibrinogen (Fbgg), antithrombin-Ⅲ activity(AT-Ⅲ:A), D-dimer (D2), blood PaO2 and
