第一节感谢信(Letter of Thanks)
简介:感谢信是在收到他人赠送的礼物,得到别人的某种帮助或受到别人的款待后写的信。通常要提到对方送的礼物怎么好,帮助有多大,款待的多么周到等。
注意:在陈述感谢事由的时,应做到客观准确;在赞扬对方时,要恰当得体,不要过度。该信篇幅无需很长,但要写的真挚热情。
写作步骤
为某事表达感谢之情;
陈述感谢具体事由,并对对方所给的帮助进行贴切、诚恳的评价;
再次感谢或表达回报愿望和美好祝愿。
