翻译作为一种跨文化活动,在中西方文化交流中起着至关重要的作用,是传播民族文化的主要方式之一,具有开阔人们的视野,促进中西方交流的作用。书画作品作为一种艺术,是文化的延伸,具有悠久的历史和深远的意义。本文通过对中外著名书画作品进行分析,阐述其文化特质,并且找出其译文,再将其现有译文与原书画进行比较,发现其在内容、意境、文化背景上有所出入,并阐述其译文优缺点。在跨文化意识下进行书画翻译,作者尝试归纳出一些基本翻译方法,采用突显意境、突显流派特点、突显书画内容以及突显文化背景的翻译,有助于书画作品文化内涵的传达和文化交流的顺利开展。

Abstract
Translation, as a powful intercultural means, has a main role in spreading municating national and calligraphy are not only the art, but also the extension of culture. So, its long history and the profound value need to be spread through proper translation. The translation of painting and calligraphy is to widen people’s horizon and promote munication between China and western countries. This thesis analyzes the famous Chinese and foreign paintings and calligraphy, elaborates their cultural traits and translated text. pared with original painting and calligraphy, the translated texts are different from the original works in content, image and cultural background to illustrate their advantages and disadvantages. At last, from the perspective of the cross-munication, appropriate translation methods of Chinese painting and summarized to shed light on the future translation activities, namely, the emphasis on the image, the school traits, and cultural content.

随着中国加入世贸组织及经济全球化的进一步加深,翻译作为一种跨文化交际活动,在中西方交流活动中起着举足轻重的作用。文化及其交流是翻译发生的本源,翻译是文化交流的产物,翻译活动离不开文化。翻译的目的是实现文化之间的交流。因此,它具有开阔人们的视野,弘扬各民族的优秀文化的作用,译者在翻译过程中除了要传递原文所要表达的语义信息外,还要传递其中附着的文化、风俗和语用信息。所以除了在遵循原文的意思、内容等基础上进行翻译,译者还必须深入的了解不同民族的风俗****惯,文化背景。然而跨文化视角下的书画作品的翻译在此基础上,对书画进行更深一步的研究和了解,从而成为传播各国各民族文化的主要载体。中国以其悠久的历史及优秀的文化作品而著名,因此很有必要将其文化发扬光大。为了实现这一目标,促进中西方对文学艺术的交流,书画翻译起到了至关重要的作用。本文通过找出不同流派的书画作品进行分析,找出其文化特质,并且通
