摘要:科技期刊青年编辑是一个特殊的群体。为了充分发挥优势,克服不足,青年编辑必须有针对性地进行自我
培养。从立足本职工作,摆正价值观;完善自身知识结构,培养职业敏锐性;加强个人修养;全面提升自身素质等
3 方面介绍了青年编辑如何进行自我培养。最后,指出科技期刊青年编辑只有不断提升自身综合素质,才能适应行
业发展,逐渐成长为编辑队伍的主力军。

Self Cultivation of Young Sci-tech Journal Editors

Abstract:Young editors of scientific and technical journals belong to a special group. In order to give full play to their ad-
vantages and e their disadvantages,young editors must cultivate themselves with certain aims. This paper explores
how young editors should carry out their self education and discusses it from three aspects,including setting right the value
on the basis of current job,improving knowledge structure to cultivate professional consciousness and raising the quality in
an all-round way. It is pointed out that only through the continuous improvement of their overall quality,can young editors
of scientific and technical journals adapt to the industry development and gradually grow up as members of the main editing
force.
