摘要
《诗》产生于礼制盛行的时代,其中诸多诗篇本身就是当时某些礼制的载体,《诗》自产生以来便和礼紧密相连。包世荣是清代朴学大师之一,也是乾嘉学派的重要成员之一。《毛诗礼征》是包世荣遍览群书、综合各家观点的著述,着重阐释了《诗》、礼互解的关系。包世荣从介绍《毛诗礼征》其书开始,以题解入手,概述了该书的流传版本及体例,综合考察了其创作背景和学术渊源。包氏在书中详细阐释了《诗》诸篇与礼的关系,并将与礼制对应诗句逐一罗列,详尽探讨《毛诗礼征》中的《诗》、礼相解(以礼注《诗》,以《诗》明礼),即以《诗》与吉礼、凶礼、军礼、宾礼、嘉礼的关系为主要阐释对象,并初步研究礼对《诗》艺术风格的影响。“吉礼”即祭礼,在《毛诗礼征》中被置于五礼之首,包氏在书中主要介绍了“郊天”之礼和“祭祖”之礼。在“凶礼”上,主要有“丧期”以及“葬”等内容的介绍。“军礼”则从“军旅”、“田猎”、“马政”等方面展开。从宗遇、会同两部分介绍了“宾礼”与《诗》的关系。《诗》中有关嘉礼的内容,涉及到婚礼的占多数,因此,以婚礼为主要阐释对象,详细介绍了婚礼的流程。经以上分析,《诗》与礼是交融在一起的。作为文学作品,其内容、风格特色无疑受到礼的影响。作为维护封建王朝统治的工具,所选之诗必定要符合当时的礼制。在等级森严的阶级社会里,委婉迂回的诗性语言造成了《诗》迂回委婉的言说方式。同时不同的礼对诗的风格影响亦不同。如融凶礼在内的诗篇基调多以哀伤悲凉为主,融军礼在内的诗篇多具有强烈的抒情性和战斗性等。《毛诗礼征》是朴学的代表作之一,其行文具有反复参考、“任裁夺”等特点,是一部以礼解《诗》的专著,为后来学者研究
《诗》、礼关系提供了便利。但附会礼制、礼典,过分信赖毛诗小序,诗篇支离破碎, 难窥整首诗用礼情况也是该书存在的问题。现阶段,有关《诗》、礼相解的论著较少, 而这一议题又有兴起之势,本文希望通过对《毛诗礼征》的初步探讨,能对这一学术命题有些许助益。

Abstract
