提要
本文基于导师多年治疗失眠的临床经验,参阅古今文献,结合中医药现代研究新进展,较系统探讨了失眠的病因病机与证治特点,突出情志因素在失眠发病过程中的重要性,提出“肝郁伤神”为失眠的重要病机特点。以此为理论依据,采用具有舒肝解郁,养心安神功效的中药组成“舒眠胶囊”方。从临床和实验两方面探讨“肝郁伤神”病机在失眠中的重要地位,研究“舒眠胶囊”
对失眠的疗效和作用机理。

『I临床研究采用前瞻性随机双盲方式,将303例失眠患者随机分为舒眠胶囊

双盲治疗组、解郁安神冲剂双盲对照组进行观察。结果:治疗组在总有效率、
改善睡眠质量、中医证候疗效等方面均具有良好作用,与对照组相比有显著差

实验研究表明:舒眠胶囊能明显抑制小鼠和大鼠的自主活动,与镇静催H民药戊巴比妥钠有协同作用;可对抗士的宁对小鼠的惊厥作用,促进小鼠觉醒后再睡眠,与对照组相比有显著差异(P< l,P(),提示舒眠胶囊可通过抑制中枢神经兴奋性发挥作用。
确立了“肝郁伤神”作为失眠主要病机特点的科学价值,初步阐明了舒肝解郁,养心安神是“舒眠胶囊"有效治疗失眠的作用机理之一。

Abstract
Based on lny Zhang Hongbin’s abundant clinical experiences and the reference of anclent and modern bibliography,consulting the modern research of TCM on insomnia·this dissertation discuses the importance of the sentimental factor in the course of this disease-and proposes that the principal pathogenic mechanism of the disease is impairment of Illind due to stagnation of the the therapeutic principle of dispersing depressed liver to relieve emotional depression and tranquilizing the mind by nourishing the heart,we tbrm tile Drescription of Shu Mian therapeutic effects and parts of tile tllel’apeulic mechanism of it have been studied clinically and experimentally.
