摘要:本项目主要进行年产3000 吨巴氏奶工厂的设计。巴氏奶是由巴氏消毒法处理的鲜奶,其营
养价值高、口感纯正,是广受欢迎的牛奶产品之一。以优质牛奶为原料,采用巴氏消毒法生产,冷链配
送的巴氏奶具有广泛的社会需求和市场前景。本设计从市场需求和企业经济效益的实际出发,对项目进
行了工厂选址、产品方案及工艺论证、车间及总平面设计、物料衡算、设备选型等设计。最后对项目进
行了技术经济分析。研究表明,项目总投资655 万元, 万元, 年。
本项目可以填补宜宾、泸州和自贡三地的巴氏奶空白市场,满足当地消费者对巴氏奶的需求,并带动当
地经济发展。

The design of a food factory which can process 3000

Abstract : This study is aimed to design a Pasteurized Milk processing plant with a production of 3,000
ton per year. Pasteurized Milk is a kind of fresh milk processed with pasteurization by which can kill germs in
a low temperature. With high value of nutrition and a sense of original taste, Pasteurized Milk is one of the
popular milk products. Therefore, the Pasteurized Milk has a wide range of social demand and market
prospect, selecting A1 milk as raw material, using pasteurization to produce and adopting cold chain to
distribute. Factory location selection, selection of the production line and processing technology, workshop
horizontal design, materials balancing, selection of equipment that have been taken into account in the
analysis. At last it has analyzed market demand and enterprises ’ profit. It shows that the investment is
million RMB in total, the annual benefit is million RMB and the durance of the investment is years.
This project can meet the needs of Yibin, Luzhou and Zigong, fill up the blank parts of the Pasteurized Milk
market, and promote the development of local economy.
