摘要:焊接是通过加热或加压,或者两者并用,并且用或不用填充材料,使焊件达到原子结合的一种加工方法。焊接是现代工业生产中最重要的加工工艺之一,广泛用于制造和修理各种结构和设备。焊接作为一种降低成本,提高生产效率手段,可以得到优质可靠的工件。与铆接相比,焊接具有节省金属材料,接头密封性好,生产效率高,应用广泛等一系列优点。在许多工业部门中应用的金属结构,如建筑钢结构,船体,机动车辆,管道等,几乎全部采用了焊接结构。焊接还常用于受损坏零件的修复。
Abstract:Welding is heated pression or pressurization, or both with and with or not the filling materials, it may reach the atoms of a process. Welding is a modern industrial production of the most important processing technology, manufacture and widely used to repair the structure and welding equipment. as a means of reducing our costs, enhance efficiency as a means to achieve quality and reliable the workpiece. And riveting has given way to save a metal materials, welding joints are watertight well, and high efficiency, widely applied for a number of points. in many industries use metal in the building structure, such as steel, a ship, motor vehicles, pipeline, almost all of a soldering structure. Welding is often used to repair the damaged parts.

 近百年来,随着科学技术的不断发展,各种焊接方法相继出现。根据焊接过程中金属所处的状态和焊接工艺特点,可以按族系法将焊接方法简单分为三大类,即熔化焊,固相焊和钎焊,各类方法还可进一步进行细分。
  
 使被连接的构件表面局部加热熔化成液体,添加填充金属或不添加填充金属,然后冷却结晶成一体的方法称为熔化焊接。实现熔化焊接的关键是要具备能量集中,温度足够的局部加热热源。其次,为防止局部熔化的高温焊缝金属跟空气接触而造成成分,性能恶
