摘要
矿井液压支架的应用对增加采煤工作面产量、提高劳动生产率、降低成本、减轻工人的体力劳动和保证安全生产是不可缺少的有效措施, 因此液压支架的设计是技术上先进、经济上合理, 安全上可靠、是实现采煤综合机械化和自动化的主要体现。
采用综合机械化采煤方法是大幅度增加煤炭产量、提高经济效益的必由之路。为了满足对煤炭日益增长的需求,必须大量生产机械化采煤设备,迅速增加综合机械化采煤工作面。因此对液压支架的需求也是日益增加,而液压系统是驱动液压支架工作的心脏,是液压支架所不可缺少的重要组成。
本次设计主要是针对矿井支撑掩护式液压支架液压系统的设计。包括了立柱千斤顶和推移千斤顶的设计,泵站的设计及其整体的合理布局的设计。还涉及到对一些标准件的选用规则等。同时还对系统压力损失、发热、效率等性能进行了验算。

Abstract
The application of hydraulic support in coal mining face of increasing production and raise labor productivity, reduce costs, reduce manual workers and to ensure safety in production is indispensable for effective measures to, Therefore the design of hydraulic support is technically advanced and economically rational, safe and reliable is the main manifestation of prehensive mechanization and automation of mining.
Integrated mechanization of coal mining is a significant increase in coal production, the only way to increase economic efficiency. In order to meet the growing demand for coal to be mass-produced mechanized mining equipment, the rapid increase in the integrated coal face mechanization. Therefore, the demand for hydraulic support is also increasing, while the hydraulic drive system is the heart of the work of the hydraulic support is an indispensable ponent to the hydraulic support.
The design of the main support for the cover of hydraulic mine support the design of the hydraulic system. Including the passage of jacks and jack column design, pump station design and the rational distribution of the overall design. Also involves a number of standard parts, such as the selection rules. At the same time, the performances of systematic loss, fever and efficiency are checked carefully.
