浅谈大学班级管理
摘要:
对于大学班级管理,从人力资源的角度来看,首要的是校领导选择正确的老师担任班主任,其次是班主任选对合适的学生担当班级的班长和团支书。
班级是一个组织,如果要使该组织高效运转,就需要把班级打造成一个有效的团队。班级赋予每一个成员以团队精神,建立优良的组织文化是班级成功的关键所在。班主任是班级的高层领导,是组织文化构建的核心因素,班主任的看人角度、一言一行,将极大的左右着学生的行为和思想。班长和团支书是班级组织中最直接最基层的管理者。班主任将大部分权力授予班长和团支书,通常班主任主要的引导和监督学生,班级的大小事由多有班长和团支书处理。他们既是班级成员又是管理者,他们时时站在队伍的前列,他么是塑造班级团队的必要条件。
Abstract
Manages regarding the university class and grade, looked from the human resources angle, most important is the school leader chooses correct teacher to hold the post of the teacher in charge, next is the teacher in charge elects to the appropriate student to take on class's and grade's class leader and group cell secretary.
