目的:通过对中医药治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)湿热瘀阻证及肾虚证两个证型的临床观察,从而对中药的临床疗效和安全性作出客观评价。
方法:将诊断为慢性前列腺炎的患者 120 例,按照随机数字表法分为西药组 60 例、中药组 60 例,疗程 4 周,观察治疗 4 周前后患者中医证候、EPSRt、NIH-CPSI 评分等指标情况。
结果:1 中药组和西药组均能明显改善 CP 患者中医症候、EPSRt、NIH-CPSI 评分,但组间比较无显著性差异(P>);2 中药组可明显调高ⅢA 型慢性前列腺炎 EPSRt 中卵磷脂小体(Corp),与西药组比较具有显著性差异(P<);3 中药组在改善慢性前列腺炎的腰膝酸软、阴囊潮湿、小腹及会阴坠胀或疼痛等方面优于西药组(P<);4 两组治疗后在肾虚型白细胞降低、细菌转阴方面,西药组优于中药组(P<),但对湿热瘀阻型白细胞的降低,两组之间无显著性差异(P>); 5 两组疗效比较,中药组优于西药组,其差异具有显著性(P<);6 两组均有较好的安全性,无明显差异(P>)。
结论:1 中药组能明显改善 CP 患者 EPSRt、NIH-CPSI 评分,降低 CP 患者尿频、尿急、尿不尽感、小腹及会阴坠胀或疼痛等症状;2 中药组能增加 CP 患者 EPSRt 的 Corp 指标,特别在调高ⅢA 型 EPSRt 的 Corp 指标方面,以及在改善腰膝酸软、阴囊潮湿、小腹及会阴坠胀或疼痛等方面明显优于西药组;3 中药组在临床观察过程中,未发现明显毒副作用,表明中药组具有较好的安全性。

Research on the effect of treating Chronic prostatitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

ABSTRACT
Objective:Through the clinical observation of two instances of damp heat Stagnation Syndrome and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP),make an objective
assessment on the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM,and further make a better evaluation on the effect of TCM optimal treatment of CP.
Methods:The 120 male CP patients were divided into a western medicine (WM)
group of 60 patients and a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) group of 60 patients according to random number table,and a period of treatment is 4 treatment for 4 weeks,made follow-up the indicators of TCM syndrome ,EPSRt and NIH-CPSI score of the patients.
Result:1 TCM group and WM group all can obviously improve the CP patients
with EPSRt,NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndrome,but no significant group differences(P>);2 TCM group can significantly increaseⅢA type chronic
prostatitis EPSRt's Corp,with significant difference to WM group(P<);3 The TCM group is superior to WM group in improving the weak waist,wet scrotum, abdominal and perinea
