摘要
本文涵盖的范围较广,涉及自然资源、政治、经济、文化、人才等因素,试图全面分析中俄两国经贸关系的发展历史、现状及趋势。首先对中俄两国的经贸关系从新中国成立至今进行具体的阐述,对两国间的贸易历史情况进行分阶段概述。使用赫克歇尔—俄林理论和产业内贸易理论对中俄间的贸易进行灵活的解释,然后通过建立我国对俄的进出口贸易模型来量化分析影响中俄贸易的国民收入、物价、政策和汇率因素,回归分析得出结论是两国的经济发展需求是推动两国经贸关系发展的主要因素。而后从宏观角度出发,对于阻碍中俄贸易的非经济因素进行了深入分析,并且针对分析的问题分别提出解决方案。对于中俄两国经贸的发展战略和前景也进行了具体的阐述,具体战略有完善边境基础设施建设,完善两国的贸易政策,建立中俄自由贸易区和实现两国的投资自由化,并分析两国进行贸易和投资自由化所带来的正面效应,全文把握住了中俄两国未来的经贸关系的发展趋势,其中对两国经贸关系最好的促进方式是中俄之间相互投资的自由化。

Sino-Russian economic relations and trade development status and future prospects
ABSTRACT
This article covers a wider scope,involving natural resource,political,economic,cultural,human resources and other factors,attempt prehensive analysis of the history,status and trends of the development of Sino-Russian economic and trade ,the new China,the Sino-Russian economic and trade relations since the establishment of specific description,a phased overview of the history of trade between the two H-O theory and intra-industry trade theory flexible interpretation of the trade between China and Russia and then through the establishment of import and export trade model to quantify the analysis of the national e of the Sino-Russian trade,price,policies and exchange rate factors, regression analysis concluded that the two countries 'economic development needs of the main factors to promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations,condected in-depth analysis of the non-economic factors that hinder the Sino-Russian trade and for the analysis of the proposed solutions. Specific for the Sino-Russian economic and trade development strategy and prospects, specific strategies to improve border infrastructure construction, improve the two countries 'trade policies, create a free trade zone between China and Russia and mutual investment liberalization, and
