民国绥远推动社会教育法举措研究结语与参考文献
中文摘要
中华民国成立时,教育总长蔡元培在教育部设社会教育司,标志着社会教育制度开始在我国确立。民国政府颁布一系列法令条例促进社会教育的发展。1924 年,绥远特别区推行中央政令,积极发展社会教育。本文主要从社会教育背景、概况、典型的社会教育事业、社会教育的成效及原因来研究绥远的社会教育。社会教育机关包括学校式社会教育机关和社会式社会教育机关。绥远的社会教育事业主要有民众学校、民众教育馆、图书馆、国术馆和公共体育场等。由于受政局变动和经费的影响,绥远省社会教育成效不大。
本文主要分为四部分。第一部分主要从国民政府颁布的有关社会教育的条令和绥远政府推进社会教育颁布的章程两方面加以介绍。第二部分阐述了绥远社会教育的概况,主要从社会教育机关、经费、教职员以及学生或参观者四方面加以论述。第三部分阐述了民国时期社会教育的主要事业,如民众教育馆、图书馆和公共体育场等。第四部分论述了民国时期社会教育成效及原因。
