灸法(艾条)治疗原发性痛经的即时效应观察

中文摘要
目的:本课题依据中医经络腧穴理论,观察艾灸(艾条)法治疗原发性痛经
(Primary Dysmenorrhea,PD)患者的即时止痛效应,从而为艾灸治疗原发性痛
经的临床推广应用提供理论依据,为治疗原发性痛经提供一种更安全、有效、简
便、经济的方法。
方法:共选择60例符合条件的患者纳入研究,随机分为治疗组(艾条灸)和
对照组(中成药元胡止痛片)。分别评定治疗前后各组的临床症状积分,并进行
相关的自身前后对照及组间对照。
结果:60例受试者全部完成整个研究,对其进行统计分析:1、治疗组与对
照组治疗前疼痛量表积分无统计学差异(P>);两组治疗后疼痛积分下降,与
治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<),且两组间比较积分下降程度无统计学差
异(P>)。2、治疗组与对照组治疗前视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,
VAS)积分无统计学差异(P>);两组治疗后VAS积分降低,与治疗前比较差异
有显著性意义(P<),组间比较积分下降程度无统计学差异(P>)。3、治
疗组总有效率无明显优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>)。结果表明:两组
患者临床症状积分治疗前后自身对照有差异,具有统计学意义;组间对照有差异,
但差异无统计学意义。
结论:艾灸(艾条)疗法和口服中成药元胡止痛片治疗原发性痛经均能即时
改善原发性痛经患者的临床症状,艾条灸组与中成药元胡止痛片组均可有效缓解
疼痛。但艾灸疗法操作简便易行,属中医外治法,与口服止痛药物相比,患者更
愿意选择安全、方便、有效、经济的艾灸疗法。

ABSTRACT
Objective: This subject on the basis of TCM theory of acupoint to
observe the instant stopping pain of the patients who is suffering primary
dysmenorrhea by treatment of moxibustion .To provide theoretical basis
for moxibustion treatment for primary dysmenorrhea clinical application
and support an safe,effective,economical therapy of moxibustion .
Method: We take 60 cases of patients plete the research .We made
the 60 cases equally divided into two groups at random .The group of
moxibustion and the group of medication。We made the treatment when the
PD patient suffering clinical pain. We make recording of the pain score
and VAS score before and after treatment.
Result: All the 60 cases of pleted its entire research.
Statistical analysis: 1、The scale scores of the treatment group and the
control group before treatment was no statistically significant
