两级转轮除湿冷水系统性能研究

摘要:本文针对一种转轮除湿和再生式蒸发冷却相结合来实现干空气和冷冻水联产的除湿空调系统性能。通过对系统各部件的性能分析,研究了新风进行预冷后系统除湿及冷冻水制取性能的变化,实验结果表明,在上海典型的高湿环境下预冷与不预冷两种运行条件下系统的除湿量分别为9g/,进出口焓差为4kJ/kg,可见此种条件下预冷对系统的除湿能力和制冷效果的影响不大。同时,在环境条件为30oC,,对系统运行性能进行测试,测试表明系统能连续的提供18oC左右的冷冻水,,电力COP为4~8之间。

Abstract: This article explores the performance of a novel open ant cooling cycle incorporating close-to isothermal dehumidification of air and regenerative evaporative cooling to produce chilled water. Through the analysis of different performance indexes the performance of the various ponents are evaluated. Changing the operation conditions such as air flow rate or the cooling water mass flow to the pre-cooling heat exchanger gives experimental results that indicate when the system has the best performance.
