大空间横管管外自然对流换热
实验与数值模拟分析

摘要针对大空间水平圆管管外自然对流换热进行了实验与数值模拟分析,得到了大空间水平圆管自然对流换热的换热系数随管壁温度变化的规律;与现有实验关联式进行了计算对比,并根据实验数据拟合了水平圆管自然对流换热的实验关联式。运用Fluent模拟了水平圆管的自然对流换热过程,发现Boussinesq近似在温差小于40K的情况下能够得到较为准确的结果,通过模拟结果直观的解释了自然对流换热的机理与水平圆管自然对流换热过程中空气流动发展过程。

Abstract: Experimental and numerical simulation analysis is taken out for natural convection heat transfer on the outer surface of horizontal pipe in large space, and the variation of the heat transfer coefficients with temperatures of the pipe outer-surface is carried out. paring with the existing experimental correlations, the experimental correlation is calculated by the experimental data.
