摘要: 本文通过实验方法研究了不同烧结工艺参数以及镍铜金属粉末配比对毛细芯主要结构和性能参数的影响。采用测量抽吸工质质量的方法研究毛细芯传质能力,并用质量流率表征毛细芯抽吸性能,分析了毛细芯结构参数与传质性能之间的对应关系。实验表明,随着烧结温度升高、升温速率的降低,毛细芯孔隙率呈下降趋势;同时孔径随升温速率增加而增大,且增大的幅度越明显;铜粉的加入一定程度上使孔径、孔隙率增大;随烧结温度升高,毛细芯孔隙率、孔径下降,而抽吸质量流率却先升高后降低,说明毛细芯抽吸特性受到孔径、孔隙率等参数的综合影响。

Experimental Investigation of Wick Parameters for Loop Heat Pipe

Abstract: This article experimentally investigated the influences of different sintering parameters and powder proportions of Ni-Cu powders on the performances of porous wicks for Loop Heat Pipe. The mass transfer capability of wicks was analyzed and mass flow rate was used to reflect the relationship between structural parameters and mass transfer performance. Results showed that: the wick porosity decreases with the increase of sintering temperature and the decrease of temperature-rising-rate; the porous radius increases as the increase of temperature-rising-rate; as the increase of sintering temperature, the wick porosity and porous radius will decrease, and the mass transfer capability will firstly increase and
