基于PLC的高线温度监控系统设计
【摘要】钢坯温度是高速线材轧制过程中最为重要的工艺参数之一,该文的主要目的就是介绍如何利用温度测量仪表和PLC来实现对此高速线材温度的实时监控。为了实现这一目的,首先在现场的测温点上安装了测温仪表,测温点共六个,分别分布在甲线和乙线的粗轧、精轧及吐丝点上。该设计测温方法采用了目前工业上最为代表的非接触式测量方法,测温仪表选择了IRCON的modline5非接触式比色红外测温仪,测温范围在600-1400度。从红外仪表输出的是4-20mA的电流信号,而PLC处理的是数字量,因此必须由PLC中的A/D转换器将模拟量转换成数字量才能实现对温度数据的采集工作,其中PLC选用了西门子的S7-200系列中的CPU224,扩展了两个模拟量输入模块EM231来提供模拟量的输入。最后把采集到的数字量存放在PLC特定的变量存储区中以待上微机的读取。

【Abstract】 Steel billet temperature is one of the most important craft parameters in the rolling course of material of line at a high speed line, main purpose of this article to mend how is it is it control in real time to at a high speed line material temperature this to realize to make use of temperature survey instrument and PLC. For realize purpose this, at first in to examine warm to is it install examine warm instrument to have a bit scene, it amounts to six a bit more warmly to examine, roughing that is distributed in Line first and Line second separately , finish rolling and spitting silks to click. Is it is it examine warm method adopt industry non- contact-type to measure the method for representative the most at present to design to it's time, examine the warm instrument and choose modline5 of IRCON non-contact-type infrared thermoscope,examine the warm range in 600-1400 degrees. It was the electric current signal of 4-20mA that outputted from the infrared instrument, and what PLC is dealt with is figure amount, So must change analog quantity into the figure amount to realize by A/D converter in PLC that works to the collection of the temperature data , PLC among them select S7-200 CPU224 of series of Siemens for use , expand two analog quantity input module EM231 offer the introduction of analog quantity.
