卧式螺旋管内干涸CHF特性与极限干度研究

摘要:为螺旋管加热设备的安全与经济运行提供依据,采用实验研究与理论分析相结合的方法研究并探索卧式螺旋管内干涸临界热流密度(Dry-out CHF)和极限干度现象(LQR)的规律特性和发生机理。实验发现,较高质量流速条件下螺旋上升段相对于螺旋下降段而言有推迟CHF发生的作用,而这种作用在低质量流速条件下表现不明显;卧式螺旋管内中等质量流速条件下可导致LQR现象。在数据分析基础上,建立了关联临界干度的准则关系式,并定性给出了基于液滴沉降-卷吸理论的干涸CHF作用控制区的划分方法。

Abstract: An experimental study of Dry-out CHF and LQR in a horizontal helically-coiled tube was performed to investigate the CHF characteristics in order to offer useful data for the performance of heated equipment. The experiment system use R134a as working fluid and the test section was heated uniformly.
