耦合脉动热管间激励强化传热特性实验研究

摘要:将单一脉动热管与主体脉动热管结构上相互协同耦合,组成耦合式脉动热管换热器。利用恒温水浴作为热源,空气作为冷源;利用高纯度蒸馏水和无水乙醇分别作为主体脉动热管和耦合脉动热管的工质。通过改变恒温水浴温度,对脉动热管壁温特性和传热性能进行实验研究,并与相同条件下耦合脉动热管内无工质时的传热特性进行对比分析。结果表明:乙醇耦合脉动热管在与主体脉动热管结构耦合所建立的多热源、多冷源的作用下可稳定运行,并进一步强化了主体脉动热管的传热性能。同时,提出并定性分析了相互耦合的脉动热管间在互为变化负荷的外场作用下强化传热相互激励的机制,从而能最大限度地强化耦合式脉动热管换热器的传热性能。以期为借助脉动热管作为负荷外场强化管内的相变传热过程提供可借鉴的经验、方法和手段。

Experimental Study on Mutual Incentive Enhanced Heat Transfer Characteristics of Coupled Pulsating Heat Pipes

Abstract: Experiments were performed on a coupled pulsating heat pipe (PHP), which consists of two single pulsating heat pipes, using a constant temperature water bath as heat resource and the air as cooling resource.
