摘要本文研制了两种不同工质的内螺纹重力热管,并对其进行了实验研究和对比分析。两种工质分别采用水和自湿润流体(5wt%正丁醇水溶液),文中实验测量了水平放置和垂直放置时两种热管的传热特性。实验结果表明:水平放置时,自湿润流体相比于水显著提高了内螺纹重力热管的烧干极限,但在低功率时铜-自湿润流体热管表现出稍大于铜-水热管的热阻;垂直放置时,自湿润流体热管的运行温度要比水热管温度稍高,其热阻也略高于水工质热管。

Heat Transfer Characteristics of Internal Helical Microfin Heat Pipe with Self-rewetting Fluid

Abstract: In this paper, gravity heat pipes with internal helical microfin with two kinds of working fluids are manufactured, experimentally investigated and analyzed. Two working fluids are water and self-rewetting fluid (5wt% 1-Butanol aqueous solution), respectively. The heat transfer characteristics of two heat pipes are experimentally measured both horizontally and vertically. Results show that: when heat pipes in horizontal position, the heat transfer limit is improved significantly by self-rewetting fluid parison with water, but the heat pipe with self-rewetting fluid shows slightly higher thermal resistance than the heat pipe with water at low power; when heat pipes in vertical position, the operating te
