摘要本文在水平和垂直方向上实验测定了工质分别为水和自湿润流体(质量分数5%正丁醇水溶液)的两种重力热管的传热特性,对比两种热管的传热性能以探究自湿润流体对热管性能的影响。实验结果表明:在同一功率下水平放置时自湿润流体相比于水显著降低了重力热管的运行温度和轴向温差、减小了其热阻,增大了其烧干极限,自湿润流体对重力热管传热性能的改善比较明显;在同一功率下垂直放置时自湿润流体重力热管的运行温度要比水的高,热管轴向温差和热管热阻也略高于水重力热管,自湿润流体对重力热管传热性能的改善并不明显。

Heat Transfer Characteristics of Gravity Heat Pipes with Self-rewetting Fluid

Abstract: The heat transfer characteristics of two gravity heat pipes with water and self-rewetting fluid (5wt% 1-Butanol aqueous solution) are experimentally investigated both horizontally and vertically in order to achieve the effects of self-rewetting fluid on the performance of heat pipe. Results show that: in horizontal position, self-rewetting fluid decreases significantly gravity heat pipe's operating temperature and axial temperature difference, reduces its thermal resistance under the same heat input, increases its heat transfer limit, and obviously improves the heat transfer performance of gravity heat pipe; in vertical position, gravity heat pipe with self-rewetting fluid shows slightly higher
