柔性机构是一种利用柔性构件本身的弹性变形来实现运动、力、能量的传递和转换的新型机构。与传统机构相比,它可以减少零件数目,缩短装配时间,简化制造过程,且构件之间无缝隙和摩擦,能提高机构的运动精度及使用寿命。将变胞变换的概念引入柔性机构的设计中,可以使柔性机构的性能和效率进一步提高,这种机构称为柔性变胞机构,是柔性机构研究的一个新方向。
首先,本文对柔性机构进行了简单介绍,对柔性机构的设计方法和应用领域进行了说明。然后,将变胞变换的概念引入柔性机构,提出了柔性变胞构件的概
念,并基于柔性机构分析和设计的基本方法,结合变胞机构的性质给出了柔性变
胞机构的设计方法和具体步骤。其次,利用提出的柔性变胞构件和柔性变胞机构设计方法,得到了两种实现间歇运动的柔性机构,并利用其中一种改进了粉料压
片机的传动机构。再次,对剥线钳的运动过程分析之后,应用提出的柔性变胞构
件得到了部分柔性变胞剥线机构的模型,并通过提出的方法对机构进行了优化设计,加工制作的样机通过剥线测试验证了设计的合理性。另外,对全柔性变胞剥
线机构也进行了初步的探索,得到了机构模型,并借助有限元分析软件完成了初
步设计。
本文利用提出的柔性变胞构件和柔性变胞机构的设计方法成功实现了两种柔性变胞机构的设计,降低了产品的成本,提高了使用性能。

Abstract
Compliant mechanism is a kind of mechanism, which uses elastic deformation ponent in it to realize the transfer and conversion of the motion, force and energy. Compared with traditional rigid mechanism, compliant mechanism can reduce the number of parts, short assembly time, simplify manufacturing process, and improve motion precision and extend service life because of less gap and friction between ponents. The process of metamorphic transformation in metamorphic mechanism can be integrated pliant mechanism to further improve its performance and efficiency, the mechanism which we obtain is pliant metamorphic mechanism being a new direction pliant mechanism.
Firstly, this thesis gives a brief introduction pliant mechanism, main design methods and application fields of it. The process of metamorphic transformation is introduced pliant mechanism, and the concept pliant ponents is put forward. Based on the basic design and analysis methods pliant mechanism, design method and its steps pliant metamorphic mechanism are bined with the nature of metamorphic mechanism. Secondly, two kinds pliant metamorphic mechanism are obtained to realize intermittent motion, and one of them was designed as drive mechanism of powder tablet machine based on the pliant ponent and design method pliant metamorphic mechanism. Thirdly, after making an analysis of the motion process of wire stripper, a k
