The Search & mittee reviewed all candidates who met the minimum qualifications for the position as set forth in the approved job description.
The Search & mittee selected candidates worthy of an interview based on the position description, the minimum and preferred qualifications, and the charge by the appointing authority/designee.
Members of the Search & mittee developed job-related questions, determined which questions to ask all candidates, and agreed on what is a general response to the questions. What is meant by a general response is the members of the Search & mittee discussed the job-related questions and came to an understanding of what they expected as a response from the candidates.
