應徵者需具備基礎的分子生物學,如PCR, DNA cloning, bacterial transformation, nucleic acid blotting, 或生物化學,如antibody generation, 熟悉western blot 會列入優先考慮。
- 博士後研究:
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and motivated candidates to work with Dr. Su-Chiung Fang on the cell cycle control in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. We are particularly interested in dissecting the work of the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor pathway. Our bines the powerful haploid ics of Chlamydomonas with molecular ics and biochemistry to understand how cells coordinate growth and division. The candidate will have a PhD in microbiology, plant biology or related field. Experience in molecular ics, molecular biology, and biochemistry would be advantageous. Chinese language skills are not required.
