大连长兴岛经济区规划发展动力机制研究

摘要
在环渤海经济圈和辽宁省“五点一线”经济带政策下,大连长兴岛经济区成为了其中的重要节点,并经历了高速发展时期。目前,长兴岛经济区处在发展低糜期,正亟需一个全面有效的动力机制。
本文主要研究长兴岛经济区规划发展的动力机制,针对长兴岛目前发展情况,自身资源及所在区域位置的优势,分析长兴岛发展动力机制的各个关键要素,从多方面因子进行剖析和科学规划,针对长兴岛经济区的发展构建一个全方位的动力机制,用以推动长兴岛经济区平稳可持续发展。
综合国内外经济形势,学习借鉴国内外案例,运用SWOT分析法,基于增长极理论、产业集群理论、梯度转移理论和生命周期理论等理论,从实际出发分析长兴岛经济区历史及现状情况,从宏观和微观层面进行动力机制构建,并对未来发展趋势作以展望和思考。

Abstract
In the Bohai economic circle and Liaoning Province, "five point line" economic zone policy, Changxing Island Dalian economic zone has e one of the important nodes, and has experienced a period of rapid development. At present, Changxing Island economic development zone is in the depressed period, it urgently needs prehensive and effective motivation mechanism.
This paper mainly studies the dynamic mechanism of Changxing Island Economic Zone in Changxing Island development planning, the development of its resources and the regional location advantages, key factors analysis on the dynamic mechanism of the development of Changxing Island, from the aspects of factor analysis and scientific planning, development for Changxing Island economic zone to build a full range of dynamic mechanism for in order to promote the stable and sustainable development of Changxing Island economic zone.
Comprehensive economic situation at home and abroad, learn from domestic and foreign cases, using SWOT analysis method, the growth pole theory, industrial cluster theory, the gradient transfer theory and life cycle theory based on the theory, starting from the actual analysis of the history and current situation of Changxing Island Economic Zone, to build dynamic mechanism from the macro and micro level, and the development trend in the future to prospect and reflection.
