内容摘要
金属间化合物作为性能介于金属与陶瓷之间的一类新型材料异军突起, 逐渐成为先进高温结构材料研究的热点之一。特别是以二硅化钼(MoSi2)为典型的难熔金属硅化物材料,二硅化钼(MoSi2)是结构与键合特征介于金属和陶瓷材料之间的一种亲属间化合物,它既可以作为功能材料应用,也可作为结构材料应用,因而成为近几十年来材料科学与工程研究的热点材料之一。
本文以Mo粉、Si粉和C粉为原料,采用湿法混合和原位反应高温热压一次复合工艺制备了纯MoSi2和含SiC体积百分数为10% 、20%、30%和40% SiCp/MoSi2复合材料,将所有试样的显微组织进行了对比。
研究结果显示:纯MoSi2试样的成分相主要为MoSi2,同时还有少量的SiO2和Mo5Si3,而SiCp/MoSi2复合材料试样的成分相主要为MoSi2、SiCp;纯MoSi2组织颗粒粗大,复合材料中SiC的生成可以使基体晶粒细化;随着SiC含量的增加,复合材料晶粒逐渐细化,并且减少和消除了脆性的SiO2玻璃相,抑制了Mo5Si3等含Si量少的物相的生成。

Abstract
pound as the properties of metals and ceramics ranging from a class between the emergence of new materials, advanced high-temperature structure has gradually e one of the hot molybdenum silicide (MoSi2) is a typical refractory metal silicide molybdenum silicide (MoSi2) is the structure and bonding characteristics of the range between metals and ceramic materials among the relatives of pound,it can be applied as functional materials, structural materials can also be used as the application of,has e in recent decades, materials science and engineering research, one of the hot material。
In this paper, we use Mo powder, Si powder and C powder as raw material to prepare pure MoSi2 and SiCp/posites with vol 10%、vol 20%、vol 30%、vol 40%, in the way of wet mixed reaction and in-situ high-temperature hot-pressing process, compared to pure microstructure of MoSi2.
We can conclude from the results: The ponents of the pure MoSi2 sample is MoSi2, but there are a small number of SiO2 and Mo5Si3, and SiCp/posite sample of the ponents of the MoSi2, pose particle is rough, SiC formation can let the grain SiC content increase,the grain to reduce
