摘要
学校为了要提高我们的动手能力和思考能力安排两个月去企业技术实习,通过本次实习不仅让我们了解了企业的生产运行管理,还学到了设计制造的基本知识,并且了解了此类仪器在实际中的应用和安装等要求。本文介绍了实习单位的一些基本概况,电能表行业的发展状况,电能表的分类以及电能表的工作原理及组成结构,阐述了电能表的设计要点,给出了电能表的工作原理图,阐述了电能表的各种装配流程和注意要点,还讲述自己亲手装配的电能表的一些特性。该电表接触电阻小,仪表结构可靠,计量准确,满载、力率、轻载三个调整点互相影响小,用户可根据需要,方便地对仪表进行调整等特点。

Abstract
In order to improve our ability of practice and thinking, our school asks us to go to enterprises and work two menthes, through this practice not only enable us to understand the enterprise's production operations management, but also learned the basics of designing and manufacturing, and understanding of such devices In practice, application and installation requirements. This article describes some of the basic profile internships, industry, development of electric energy meter, power meter power meter classification and working principle position of the structure, described energy meter design features of the given meter work diagram to explain of the energy meter assembly processes and attention to the various elements, but also about their own hand-assemble some of the characteristics of the energy meter. The contact resistance meter is small, and reliable instrument structure, measurement accuracy, fully loaded, force rate, light-load adjustment of three-point interaction is small, the user may, as required, easy adjustment of the instrument and so on.
