摘要
近年来,电力电子技术发展迅速,电力电子器件及电力电子设备应用越来
越广泛,大量的非线性负荷、冲击性负荷的投运,使公用电网中产生了大量的
谐波干扰、电压扰动,波动和闪变,电能质量不断恶化。同时,随着众多对电
能质量要求敏感的控制设备、自动化设备被广泛的应用于工农业生产及人们日
常生活,在对电能质量提出了越来越高的要求的同时,也赋予了电能质量新的
含意。
针对电能质量日益恶化以及用电设备对电能质量的要求相对提高这一现
状,设计高精度的电能质量监测装置用以监测及分析电网电能质量,从而达到
有效的控制和提高电能质量,有着十分重要的意义。
本文设计了以 TMS320F2812 DSP 为核心的电能质量在线监测系统。硬件
部分的设计主要包括数据采集电路、CPU 系统、人机接口电路和通信电路等。
软件部分则完成了系统软件整体结构、系统总流程以及各个相应模块功能的设
计。

Abstract
In recent years, the power electronic technology develops very fast and the
power electronic devices and equipments application is more and more widespread.
missioning of a great deal of nonlinear or impact loads bring mass of
harmonic disturbing, voltage turbulence and flick on the public work. The
power quality is worsening. At the same time, along with so many power quality
sensitive control devices and automation equipments are widely used in the industry
and agriculture production and the people daily life, much higher request are set to
the power quality. At the same time, this change also has put recent meaning onto
power quality.
Under the current situation, the power quality is worsening daily and the
requirements of the consumers are much higher at the same time. It is of great
importance for the monitoring and analyzing the public work power
quality to design a high precision Real-Time System for Power Quality Testing.
