摘要
煤矿的安全生产中,矿井通风系统起着极其重要的作用,它是煤矿安全生产的关键环节。而矿井通风机又是矿井通风系统的主要设备之一,因此对其进行PLC控制的变频调速系统的设计和研究,不仅可以大大提高煤矿生产的机械化、自动化水平,还能节省大量的电能,具有较高的经济效益。
煤矿主通风机监控系统主要包括风机性能检测和风机风量调节控制两部分。本文以一台矿用对旋轴流风机为控制对象,结合PLC控制技术、变频调速技术和组态监控技术,对矿井通风机进行了PLC控制的状态监测和变频调速的设计和研究。
监控系统采用上位机加下位机的设计模式。下位机采用可靠性高的可编程逻辑控制器,通过各种传感器和电量采集单元实时监测通风机的性能参数和状态参数、电机的电气参数并能实现远程通讯。,将风机工作流程以直观的画面显示出来,实现数据采集和显示、关键数据的记录和报警、生产数据的存储和报表输出、为操作员提供良好的操作界面,完成了风机房的无人值守自动化监控和管理的设计和改造。
在变风量系统中,主要比较了风门调节与变频调节,显示出了变频调节系统不仅能使风机工作在高效区,并且其节能效果要优于其它调节方法,具有很重要的应用前景。风机调节控制由PLC+变频器控制电机转速实现风量控制。同时本文还研究了风量调节的算法。

ABSTRACT
As the ponent of coal mine safety,mine ventilation system plays an important role in coal mine safety. It is one of the main equipments in the system. So research and design of its variable frequency speed regulation system with PLC control have good economic benefits. It not only improves the mechanical and automatic level of coal production, but also saves large electrical energy.
Mine main ventilator monitoring system includes testing and adjusting air volume fan control in two parts. In this paper, a rotating axial flow fan of mine as a control bined with PLC control, frequency conversion technology and configuration monitoring technology,PLC control of the mine fan was the state of monitoring and frequency control design and research.
Monitoring system uses the puter plus lower machine design patterns. High reliability and lower machine using programmable logic controller,through a variety of sensors and real-time monitoring of power acquisition unit fan performance parameters and state parameters,the motor electrical parameters and to achieve long-munication. We used written man-machine interface configuration software developed by Beijing Asia PC application control pany,the fans to an intuitive work flow screen display, data acquisition and display, record and alarm of critical data,production data storage and
