目的:、迁移中的作用。方法:,用5μmol/L、15μmol/L、25μmol/L环耙明处理 、48h、72h,采用MTT检测环耙明对细胞增殖的影响;EDU法检测细胞DNA合成情况;划痕试验和transwell实验检测细胞迁移能力;Real-timePCR法检测细胞中Gli1、MMP-9 mRNA表达情况。结果:用5μmol/L、15μmol/L、25μmol/、 48h、72h后,MTT检测结果显示细胞增殖速度减慢,与空白组相比差异具有统计学意义(p<);EDU法检测结果显示25μmol/L的环耙明作用于细胞24h、48h、72h后, (p<);划痕试验结果显示,15μ mol/L、25μmol/L浓度的环耙明能抑制细胞的迁移,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(p<);Transwell实验结果显示,5μmol/L 、 24h后,穿膜细胞数与对照组相比明显减少(p<);Real -time PCR法实验结果显示5μmol/L、15μmol/L、25μmol/L环耙明处理组与对照组相比,Gli1、MMP-9 mRNA 表达水平明显降低(p<)。结论:,;并能降低细胞的迁移能力,、MMP-9 mRNA 的表达水平下降有关。

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the roles of Hedgehog signaling pathway in prolifera- tion and immigration of cell.
Methods: HepG2, cells were divide into blank group,and the low, median and
