深圳GNC机械制造公司发展战略研究

内容摘要
2008年金融危机对世界经济产生了深远的影响,以中国为例,中国珠三角地区一向以出口为主,在金融危机中珠三角外向型企业受到的打击首当其冲,不少企业就此倒闭。自金融危机爆发至今已过去三年有余,三年来,不少外向型企业痛定思痛,都在不断审视自身存在的种种问题,进行着结构调整、产业升级和自主创新,以期能使企业在外部经济环境急剧恶化下,仍能拥有生存能力和发展能力。机械制造企业是中国外向型经济中的一支重要力量,深圳GNC机械制造公司在这个行业中已经奋斗多年,在08年金融危机中,曾经面临过残酷的生存危机,领导层意识到改革的必要性和紧迫性,决心对公司重新进行大规模战略调整,以适应新的形势。本文正是基于三年来公司领导层的所思所想和在公司中的实践进行的总结和进一步探索,为公司整体战略规划提供理论依据。
本文运用战略管理相关理论,以深圳GNC机械制造公司为研究对象,通过本人创办及经营公司的体会,立足于GNC公司的实际运营,做出以下几方面的研究工作:首先对机械制造加工行业进行界定,其次从宏观环境、产业竞争环境方面入手对GNC公司的外部环境进行全面的分析,其中竞争环境分析主要采用波特的五种力量模型,并分析GNC公司的内部资源与能力。然后在内外部环境分析的基础上,采用SWOT分析法和成长要素模型两种工具,互相补充和验证,制定出GNC公司的竞争战略和职能战略。最后对GNC公司的发展战略提出实施的保障措施。
作为GNC公司的创始人兼总经理,笔者全面负责公司的运营管理工作以及公司发展方向的选择。论文所进行的研究,是笔者在工作过程中的经验积累,对深圳GNC公司的经营发展方向进行了探索,本文的研究思路与成果也希望能够对机械制造行业中其它相关企业的战略管理具有参考价值。

Abstract
2008 financial crisis has a profound impact on the world. In China, the economic mode of Pearl River Delta is export-oriented, and these export-oriented enterprises are suffered seriously during this financial crisis, and some of them go bankrupt. Many export-panies learn a lot from their mistakes since 2008 financial crisis and constantly find their problems to further improve. And then they take the structural adjustment, industrial upgrading and independent innovation, by which they can have viability in the rapidly deteriorating external economic environment. Machinery manufacturing industry is the important part of export-oriented economy in China. Shenzhen GNC Machinery pany has been striving several years in the machining industry and has also ever been facing serious survive challenge during 2008 financial crisis, so its top management team realize the necessity and urgency of reform and they determine to take a large-scale strategic adjustments. This thesis bases on the thoughts and practices pany’s management and it tries to perform a overall strategic planning for pany.
