建筑工程质量管理中的问题及其解决对策
摘要:随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑业也得到了飞速的发展,在国民经济中起到了越来越重要的作用。建筑工程质量的好坏直接关系到国家财产与人民生命安全,关系到建筑企业的长久发展,关系到工程的适用性和社会效益性。了解和掌握工程质量管理中的各种问题,提出各种对策来解决这些问题,提高建筑工程的安全性,将具有非常重要的意义。
本文对首先介绍了国内外工程质量管理的现状和意义,然后从开发商质量管理控制、建设工程勘察设计阶段的质量管理控制、建筑施工的质量管理控制、建筑工程施工质量验收等几个方面详细分析了建筑工程质量管理中存在的问题,然后提出相应的解决对策和合理的管理方式,尽量避免这些质量管理问题再出现在以后的建设工程中,以提高建筑工程质量的作用,本文的研究对实际工程质量管理将有一定的帮助作用。

Abstract:with the continous development of China's economy,the constrruction industry has also been rapid development and played an increasingly inportant role in the national quality directly related to state ProPerty and safety of the PeoPle,related to long一term develoPment of eonstruetionent erprises,related to the aPPlieability and social benefit sof the Projeet. Understand and grasp the various problems in engineering quality management, put forward various countermeasures to solve these problems and improve the safety of construction projects, has the extremely vital significance.
This paper firstly introduces the engineering quality management of the status quo and significance, then from developers quality management control, survey and design of construction projects phase of quality management control, construction quality management control, construction engineering construction quality acceptance and so on several aspects in detail analyzed the construction engineering quality the problems existing in the management and then put forward the corresponding corresponding solutions and reasonable management way, avoid these quality management problem in later appeared again in construction project, in order to improve the quality of construction projects, this paper studies the effect of actual engineering quality management will help to a certain extent.
