摘要目的探讨高压氧结合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法将200例晚期乳腺癌病人分为A组和B组,每组各100例患者,A组接受高压氧+CAF方案治疗,B组接受单纯CAF方案治疗,均完成2-3周期的治疗,通过X 线、B 超、CT、骨扫描、血常规、肝肾功能及临床检查,并对其进行疗效和毒副反应评价。结果 A组与B组的总缓解率有明显差异, % 、%(P<)。中位生存期A组较B长。毒副作用都能耐受,但A组毒副反应较B组轻,重度反应A组较B组少。结论高压氧结合化疗能较好地提高治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效,并能有效地降低化疗对机体的毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。
