烧结烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术分析
摘要:随着火电厂烟气脱硫,脱硝工作日趋成熟,钢铁冶金行业烧结烟气治理工作逐渐引起了人们的重视。本文对目前主要的烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术进行了较为全面的介绍和比较,然后结合冶金行业的实际情况和各同时脱除技术的特点,选择湿式法一体化技术,烟气循环流化床技术和活性炭固相吸附技术为比较适合烧结烟气综合治理的技术路线。同时对多种技术有机结合来治理烟气的工艺做出了设想,为以后的研究提供了新思路。

Technology Analysis of Simultaneous Desulfurization & Denitrification for Sintering Flue Gas of Metallurgical Industry

Abstract: The treatment and cleaning technology of sintering flue gas draws more and more attention gradually these years along with the ones in thermal power plants are mature and have been applied. The existing desulfurization and denitrification approaches and operational experience of thermal power plant are not totally suitable for sintering flue gas treatment because of the difference between sintering flue gas and power plant ones, so it is rather significant to develop and research a multiple pollutants removal technology which can get rid of SO2,NO and even Hg and other pollutants in just one facility as flue gas purified step by step bears the ings of flue gas plex and high construction investment and operational cost. This thesis introduces pares the main simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification approaches nowadays. And ammonia desulfurization and denitrification integration technology, circulating fluidized bed(CFB) and activated carbon adsorption are mend after analysis parison. It also bring up the idea that different purification technologies could bined to achieve a higher removal efficiency with lower cost if bine is done properly, which offers a new vision for further study.
