【摘要】目的探讨中医综合疗法减肥功效及对血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平的影响作用。方法将80只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、针灸治疗组、埋线治疗组、中药治疗组、综合治疗组,每组10只。采用营养肥胖造模方法复制肥胖模型大鼠,造模前、后尾静脉取血,放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量。结果模型组血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平明显高于正常对照组(P<),综合治疗组血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平明显低于模型组(P<),且综合治疗组血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平明显低于其他各治疗组(P<<)。结论中医综合治疗较其他治疗具有更好的降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平的作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the bined treatment in Chinese medicine on total-cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) in serum of obesity model rats. Methods80 SD rats ly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive group, acupuncture group, acupoint catgut-embedding group, Chinese medicine group, and bined treatment group. The rat model odel, before and after the experiment, the blood the rat tail and TC/TG in serum , TG in serum in model group uch higher than those in normal control group(p<); TC, TG in serum in bined treatment group uch lighter than that in model group(p<); TC, TG in serum in bined treatment group uch lighter than those in other treatment groups. Conclusionbined treatment in Chinese medicine has a better effect on treating obesity and its mechanism is related .
