摘要:高科技企业的人力资源管理是存在着一定危机的,,才不会挫伤员工的积极性。鼓舞士气,提高工作效率,增强企业的凝聚力。为了避免高科技企业出现人力资源管理危机,企业就要经常对潜伏的危机早期识别和诊断,开展预警预控管理,使企业的人力资源管理工作得以健康发展
